How can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel order you must reach out inform us straight away.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic tracking number that will track the status of your product.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not provide any exchanges at this moment of time.
What happened if I am unsatisfied with the product?
When customers are not satisfied with their purchase they have an option to receive a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
If you do not receive your oder, customers can cancel their order despite the current status of their product.
What is your return policy?
Item must be returned in good condition and provide a proof of receipt. If you are also unhappy with the product please let us know as soon as possible. The quicker we receive an update, the quicker the process of refund will be completed.
What happens when I receive the wrong product?
Please inform customer service and we will ensure the correct item is sent out whilst customer returns the incorrect product with a refund.
